Job description

As a Sales Manager for the management and rental of holiday homes, you are the driving force behind our growth. You are responsible for generating new business clients and nurturing existing relationships. You play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies that will take our company to new heights.

Your responsibilities

  • Identifying New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek new clients and opportunities to expand our business. Through market analysis and competition research, develop effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.

  • Sales Cycle Management: From the initial contact to the final deal, manage the entire sales cycle. Negotiate prices and contract terms and ensure the successful completion of the sale.

  • Relationship Management: Build in-depth knowledge of our customers' needs and desires, creating long-lasting relationships. Provide excellent customer service and maintain continuous contact to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Reporting: Accurately track sales performance and report it to management. These reports form the basis for adjusting our sales strategies and achieving our objectives.

  • Cross-selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to offer existing customers additional products or services and apply cross-selling and upselling techniques to increase revenue.
