The founder
From uniform to hospitality
Rene Pereboom served seventeen and a half years as a professional soldier and then spent two decades running his own security company and academy. Discipline, reliability and attention to detail became second nature.
His journey into villa hospitality started in the most personal way. With his own villa in Murcia, Spain, Rene discovered first hand what genuine hosting and meticulous care mean for a guest and for the value of a property.
That experience became the foundation of Villa Management Spain: a premium hospitality partner that runs your villa on the Costa del Sol with the discipline of a hotel and the warmth of a host.

The team

Rene is supported on the ground by an operations team led from the Costa del Sol. You and your guests will get to know them personally.
Irshad Kuttiyassan
Operations manager · Costa del Sol
Irshad runs day-to-day operations on the Costa del Sol and is the fixed contact for both owners and guests on the ground. He oversees site visits, quality checks and the coordination of cleaners, trades and guest support across our portfolio.
With direct communication, hands-on involvement and a deep network of local trades and suppliers, Irshad ensures every villa we manage is held to the same fixed standard, week in, week out.

Behind Irshad sits a vetted network of housekeepers, pool and garden specialists, electricians, plumbers and concierge staff across the Costa del Sol. Fixed teams per region, all insured, all trained to our 83-point standard.
