We only process data you provide yourself, for example through our request or contact form, by email, phone or WhatsApp:

• First and last name
• Email address and phone number
• Details about your property (name, address, type, number of rooms, requested services and timing)
• The content of your message or remarks

• To handle your request or question and to contact you
• To prepare a no-obligation proposal or estimate of rental yield
• To deliver our management and rental services
• To comply with legal obligations

We process your data on the basis of your consent, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, for the performance of a contract, and where necessary on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing and improving our services.

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us deliver our services, and only as far as necessary:

• Teamleader — our CRM, to process and follow up your request
• Resend — to send confirmation and notification emails
• Vercel — to host this website

Data processing agreements are in place with these parties where applicable. Some providers may process data outside the EU, with appropriate safeguards.

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as long as legally required. Requests that do not lead to a partnership are deleted within twelve months at the latest.
